Can you confirm the Friend Link feature isn’t being removed for members and becoming a Friends of Medium tier feature exclusive?

There seems to be a lot of confusion around today, and Medium will be much less viable as a platform if you have to pay $15 a month just to share your own stories with non-Medium members.
