Ah, OK. This is actually a common mistake with the TV setup you need to correct. You need to go into settings and turn OFF the ‘TrueMotion’ or any setting that sounds similar to that. They sometimes have different brand names for it.

It’s adding extra frames into the images to ‘smooth’ the playback, but that has an undesirable effect on everything and makes movies look like “daytime soaps”. It’s only really useful for watching sport. DO GET THAT CHANGED. It’s not good.
